At Cashflowy, we believe in simplicity, clarity, and respect—especially when it comes
to managing your subscription. If you’ve decided to cancel, we’re sorry to see you go,
but we’ve made the process straightforward and transparent.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the “Billing” section of your
dashboard.

2. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button and follow the on-screen prompts to
confirm.

That’s it—no hidden conditions, no pressure.

Optional: You may be invited to complete a short cancellation survey. Your feedback helps us
improve, but participation is entirely optional.

What Happens After You Cancel
Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

You will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Access to premium features will automatically end at the close of your billing cycle.

You’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • The date your subscription was canceled

  • The final date of access

  • A reference number for your records


Refund Policy
Cashflowy offers a 14-day free trial on all new subscriptions. No payment is required
until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during your trial to avoid
being charged. Cancellations take effect immediately but do not affect access
through the end of the current billing period.

Once your paid subscription begins:
By starting your trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless
you cancel it before the end of the trial. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not result in a refund for any unused
portion of the current billing period.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time or features.

Refunds may be issued in the case of billing errors or duplicate charges, at our sole
discretion.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept these terms in accordance with our
[Terms of Service].


Your Data After Cancellation
Your account data will remain securely stored for 90 days following your account
closure.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time within this 90-day window and
regain full access to your existing data.

After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance
with our [Privacy Policy] and applicable data protection laws.


Reactivating Your Account
Changed your mind?

You can reactivate your subscription directly from your dashboard during your
current billing period or within 90 days after cancellation.

Reactivation restores your data, settings, and access to premium features.
